Up to 14 days in advance, free of charge; up to 7 days in advance, 10% of the total estimated amount; up to 3 days in advance, 30% of the total estimated amount; 1 day in advance, 50% of the total estimated amount; on the day, 80% of the total estimated amount will be charged.
